* All delivery orders are final sale. No refunds. No Exchanges.
** All shipping orders are sent Canada Post Express Post. You will receive a tracking number when your jewellery is on the move.
NEW PIERCING, INSERTIONS, PICK-UP ORDERS
* For all new piercing, insertion or pick-up orders: If there is an issue with your jewellery not being suitable for your anatomy we will refund the price of the jewellery for you.
** New Tribe is not responsible for broken jewellery after the jewellery leaves the shop.
*** Average arrival time is 1-2 weeks depending on jewellery selection availability, shipping time ect.
**** Insertions are for HEALED piercings. (MINIMUM TWO MONTHS FROM INITIAL PIERCING!) If your piercing is not healed, we will not put it in for you until it is safe to do so.
***** Jewellery prices DO NOT INCLUDE the price of piercing.
