A: New Tribe Deluxe is our new high end jewellery piercing service. Customers can custom order gold jewellery prior to their piercing service for a added custom touch.
Q: SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
A: Customers can pre-order their favourite Gold and Premium jewellery prior to booking a piercing appointment. When your jewellery arrives at the shop we will notify you that it is time for you to book your piercing appointment.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY JEWELLERY TO ARRIVE?
A: Typically your jewellery will arrive in the shop within 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order.
Q: WHAT IF MY ANATOMY ISN’T SUITABLE FOR THE PIERCING I WANTED.
A: Your piercer will work with you to find another suitable piercing that is safe for you. If nothing else works with your jewellery, we will refund the price of the jewellery and the service.
Q: HOW DO I BOOK MY PIERCING?
A: When your jewellery arrives in shop, you will be notified by email that your jewellery is ready and that you can book your piercing service at your convenience!
