* All delivery orders are final sale. No refunds. No Exchanges.
** All THREADLESS END delivery orders ship with 16g backing post. Should you require additional we offer more choices/sizes here online as well as in-store for  purchase!
*** All shipping orders are sent Canada Post Express Post. You will receive a tracking number when your jewellery is on the move. Some pieces will be coming to us from our supplier, then shipped to you. So please allow extra time for this…ALL pieces should be to you within 1-2 weeks max!
NEW PIERCING, INSERTIONS, PICK-UP ORDERS
* For all new piercing, insertion or pick-up orders: If there is an issue with your jewellery not being suitable for your anatomy we will refund the price of the jewellery for you.
** New Tribe is not responsible for broken jewellery after the jewellery leaves the shop.
*** Average arrival time is 1-2 weeks depending on jewellery selection availability, shipping time ect.
**** Insertions are for HEALED piercings. If your piercing is not healed, we will not put it in for you until it is safe to do so.
***** Jewellery prices DO NOT INCLUDE the price of piercing.
