* All delivery orders are final sale. No refunds. No Exchanges.
** All delivery orders ship with two (2) 16g backing posts. 8mm and 9.5mm in length. Should you need other lengths we offer more choices in our store for additional purchase.
*** All shipping orders are sent Canada Post Express Post. You will receive a tracking number when your jewellery is on the move.
NEW PIERCING, INSERTIONS, PICK-UP ORDERS
* For all new piercing, insertion or pick-up orders: If there is an issue with your jewellery not being suitable for your anatomy we will refund the price of the jewellery for you.
** New Tribe is not responsible for broken jewellery after the jewellery leaves the shop.
*** Average arrival time is 1-2 weeks depending on jewellery selection availability, shipping time ect.
**** Insertions are for HEALED piercings. If your piercing is not healed, we will not put it in for you until it is safe to do so.
***** Jewellery prices DO NOT INCLUDE the price of piercing.
